  125 Years Ago: 1885

  • The new brass band was out for practice last Saturday, and our people were treated to some fine music.

  • Fully 3 million feet of lumber is piled in the yard and on the wharves of the upper mill.

  • Capt. Bundy of the gospel ship Glad Tidings held open-air meetings in Sturgeon Bay for several nights and attracted quite an audience.
